Dent Disease Foundation's teen ambassador, Jackson Goodrich, was asked by NORD (the National Organization for Rare Disorders https://rarediseases.org/) to be the closing keynote speaker at their Patient and Family Forum which recently took place in Washington DC. Jackson talks about what it's like to have a rare disease and succinctly describes how gene therapy is on the verge of curing many genetic diseases. Watch his speech entitled, Dented, Not Broken, here! (Scroll down to the last speech.)
